Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Ryan Gray 3 months ago

I stopped in during a busy time of the day and the entire crew was excellent from start to finish. Terrell was super friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. His customer service was top notch and went above and beyond. They got me in and out in less than twenty minutes. Donielle and Trey were great as well! They even got me a water while I was waiting. Really good experience and I will definitely be going back

So quick and the best energy from the team!! Everyone is so helpful and kind! It’s 1,000 degrees today and they’re out here offering people coming through water bottles. These guys are working so hard out here. Shoutout to Tre for being great! Won’t ever come to a different location.

The team of gentlemen who consistently help me at this Valvoline on Madison Road in Oakley are stellar. They are highly professional. They informed me of every step of the way what they’re doing to my car. They go the extra mile every single time. They’re even sensitive to when I have budget constraints and they advised me of exactly what would be minimal but necessary to keep my car running good. I’m a big fan and a forever customer.

I got my oil changed here on 6/14/26. Greg took care of me and was professional, informative, and courteous. Service was quick and while it was being completed, Greg gave me info on other services for my vehicle in a pressure free way - which was refreshing compared to some of the other chains. I will be a repeat customer.

This location is an absolute JOKE, if I could rate them 0 stars then I would. First off, they never scanned my car into their system which is something they're supposed to do on every single vehicle that comes in for service (I know this because I myself am a former employee of VIOC and I worked there quite recently at a different location, but procedure is standardized across all stores). Secondly, the tech who was guiding me into the bay were going which is extremely dangerous, he was looking off to the left at something else. I could've drove straight into the pit due to his negligence of paying attention. Last but certainly not least because this is the part that pisses me off the most. All I came in for was to have my fluids topped off and tires inflated, and they somehow even managed to screw that up. A few hours after my visit I had noticed that all but 1 of my CUSTOM valve stem caps were missing. Which wouldn't have been that big of a deal had they been just your standard run of the mill grey or black plastic ones, but they were CUSTOM caps like I said that I paid $10 a piece for and they look like orange bullets. I called customer service to make a claim about it over the
